The Novels Holdings of the Thomas Hardy Collection at Dorset County Library, Dorchester
by Birgit Plietzsch

Note:

The Thomas Hardy Collection consists of a large number of editions of Hardy's works and a huge variety of writings about Hardy. The list below only reflects the novels editions of this collection and is mainly based on A Catalogue of the Works of Thomas Hardy in Dorchester Reference Library compiled by Charles P.C. Pettit (1984). In August 1998 I compared the current novels holdings of this collection with Pettit's catalogue and added those editions that have been purchased by the Dorset County Library in the meantime.
